Q: Do I need Paypal to purchase an item from the online store?
A: Thanks to Paypal's new feature set, you are NO LONGER REQUIRED to have a Paypal account to complete a transaction through Paypal. The Beast Shoppe accepts all major credit cards ALONG WITH Paypal. Signing up with Paypal is completely optional.
At the checkout screen, please follow the link underneath the sign-in boxes that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here" to finish your order.

Q: How do I order multiple items and not get charged twice (or more) for shipping?
A: If you would like to order multiple items from the store, please send me an email at orders@thebeastisback.com outlining:
1) The items you would like to order and their quantities
2) Your complete shipping address
I will then send you an invoice via Paypal outlining your entire order with the corrected shipping amount. At this point, you may pay either directly with your Paypal account OR you may choose to pay using a credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX).
I COMBINE SHIPPING FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER (i.e. if you order 3 prints and you live in the United States, shipping is still only $10.00). The same principle applies for international rates as well.

Q: How safely are the prints shipped?
A: All prints are shipped flat in an acid-free, self-sealing polybag sandwiched between two thick pieces of cardboard

Q: Can I request a specific print number in an edition (i.e. "I would like print number 18 of 25")
A: Yes, as long as the number is available. Please include this request in the "optional instructions" field during payment OR shoot me an email with your request at orders@thebeastisback.com after you have completed your purchase.

Q: Do you accept requests for new print themes?
A: I've received a lot of requests for various prints and print series based on a lot of wacky topics. If there is enough demand for a certain theme, I'll be more than happy to bring it to life. If you have an idea, feel free to share by dropping me a line at chris@thebeastisback.com

Q: How do I get a tracking number for my order?
A: For all sales within the United States, I ship via USPS Priority Mail. I've never had a problem with items not arriving using this method. Just make sure you include a shipping address that you are confident receiving from. For International customers, I ship via Global Priority Mail.

Q: How long does it take before you ship out an order?
A: I will do my best to get your order out as soon as possible. I try to maximize my trips to the Post Office, which means building up a few orders and going to the post office only once. I generally won't take longer than 1 week to send out your order

A: Unfortunately, no. The Urbanites vinyl toy line from Wheaty Wheat Studios can be purchased from a variety of designer toy retailers here and abroad. |
